As an award-winning author, worship leader, career counselor and business consultant – Keturah Leonforde is on a mission to inspire individuals to move beyond their own potential, and embrace Spirit-driven lives of purpose and passion.

After spending many years working for leading national and international corporate organizations, Keturah now works with organizations and individuals who are want to experience positive transformation in their lives. As founder and principal of Katalist Consulting Group, she helps her clients develop programs and strategies to successfully cope and thrive through challenging but important business and career transition. She also directs the Career Development Program for Graduate and Professional students at Wilfrid Laurier University

Keturah’s academic background includes a BBA in Marketing and Management, an MBA in Change Management as well as extensive certification in Human Resources Management and psychological assessment testing.

Recently she published her first book, Reflections from the Waiting Room: Insights for Thriving When Life Puts You on Hold, which has received national and international acclaim including the 2007 National Award of Merit for Best Independently Published Non-Fiction by the Canadian Christian Writing Awards. Her next chapter publication, A Fertile Heart, has just been released nationally in the anthology, Hot Apple Cider: Stories to Stir the Heart and Warm the Soul.

Keturah lives with her husband, Tyron, in Southwestern Ontario, where together they are active in ministry to families and youth through community and church involvement.

She is Chair of a community-based Scholarship and Awards Committee which provides funding to students to support music education internationally and also sits on the Board of Directors for her local Family and Children’s Services agency. Keturah has also spent time in southern Africa working with families impacted by the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

In her “downtime”, Keturah manages, travels and performs with Desire of Nations Worship Ministries, a dynamic regional worship band.

Keturah is fast earning a reputation for being a fresh, thoughtful and practical motivator who demonstrates through her work and life that God has a unique plan for each of our lives. As a catalyst to positive transformation, she believes that God longs to move each of us beyond potential into His unique purpose and possibilities for our lives.

As founder and principal of Katalist Consulting Group, Keturah incorporates close to two decades of operational management, business consulting, human resource leadership and career coaching experience in her delivery of results-based solutions to her clients. 

Having received and delivered world-class training in local, national and international Fortune 500 organizations, Keturah combines best practices in consulting methodology, assessment tools and a team of industry-leading associates to develop results-focused solutions collaboratively with her clients.

Keturah holds both Bachelor and Master-level degrees is Business Administration. In addition, she has obtained extensive certification in human resource management as well as psychological assessment facilitation. Along with her consulting practice, Keturah directs the Career Development Program for Graduate and Professional students at a leading Canadian University.

She is an avid community contributor and is Chair of the Scholarship and Awards Committee for a youth-focused Music Foundation as well as Director on the Board of her local Family & Children’s Service agency. Keturah is also an award-winning inspirational author and an accomplished musician. In her “downtime” she performs with and manages a regional worship band. Recently, she has extended her community reach by traveling to the southern region of Africa to work with children and youth impacted by the AIDS pandemic

Her current focus is on using what she learned through 20 years of diverse change facilitation experience to inspire corporate teams, community groups and conference attendees to move beyond potential to achieve their goals and actualize their mission in practical, purposeful and result-driven ways.
