Her award-winning book, Reflections from the Waiting Room: Insights for thriving when life puts you on hold, has received kudos from readers around the globe for its fresh, accurate and practical viewpoint.

As founder and principal of Katalist Consulting Group, Keturah incorporates close to two decades of operational management, business consulting, human resource leadership and career coaching experience to collaboratively develop results-based solutions with her clients. Her undergraduate [BBA] and graduate [MBA] training business and change management, as well as extensive certification in human resource management and psychological assessment testing, provide a solid foundation for creating sustainable approaches to positive change and transition.

Beyond the privilege of membership in diverse professional and community sectors, Keturah, along with her husband Tyron, is actively involved in supporting several programs locally and globally. She is a Director on the Board of her local Family and Children's Services as well as Chair of a Scholarships and Awards Committee for a youth-focused music education foundation. In her “downtime”, Keturah sings with and manages Desire of Nations Worship Ministries, a regional worship band, as well as volunteering her time and talents to programs that support global children’s welfare.
